Refund policy

Product Descriptions.
GX diffuser attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing its merchandise. However, GX diffuser does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If any merchandise offered by GX diffuser is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance GX diffuser's return policy.

Order Processing and Fulfillment.
Risk of Loss. All purchases of merchandise from GX diffuser are made pursuant to a shipment contract This means that the risk of loss and title for merchandise pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier of the applicable merchandise.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your order has a problem, contact us by emai or through the contact page. DO NOT ship back products without authorization through the return process. We can resolve all issues with you quickly and with personal attention.

If the customer changes his mind about the purchase (non-seller and product quality issues) resulting in a return or exchange, he will need to bear his own shipping costs (or one-way shipping costs).


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


Late or missing refunds
To confirm if you have received your refund, first check your bank account. If you do not see it there, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
